During our stay, we were thrilled by how close we were to landmarks like the stunning Basilica di San Marco, which was just a short stroll away, and we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of nearby Harry's Bar for a quick bite and drink, making our city walks even more enjoyable.

The views from our room were breathtaking, especially from the terrace. The location is unbeatable, minutes from St Mark's Square, with lovely dining options nearby. Sadly, the bed was uncomfortable, impacting our rest, and breakfast was occasionally lukewarm. Despite some glitches, the friendly staff made our experience memorable, and we can't wait to return.

Perfect location for Venezia vibes!

We had a lovely stay here for one night! The room was plush, and the staff in the bar were super friendly and helpful. The terrace is awesome for chilling with a drink and watching the gondolas float by. Only bummer was no iron available unless you used laundry service, which is a pain when you're just passing through.

We enjoyed a wonderful one-night stay, arriving by private water taxi right at the hotel's dock, and the staff quickly assisted with our luggage. The hotel offers delightful relaxation options like a scenic outdoor seating area overlooking the canal and a yummy buffet breakfast with mimosas. My only minor quibble was the lack of in-room amenities like a kettle or coffee machine, but it didn't take away from our great experience. 🌟

The staff was highly professional and assisted with my business needs efficiently, including arranging meeting space and ensuring my presentation setup was flawless. Breakfast offered a variety of fresh pastries and local delicacies, enriching my mornings before meetings.

Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, the welcoming staff made our stay truly exceptional, and the location next to the Grand Canal made exploring the city so convenient with transport options like the nearby vaporetto.

Location near St Mark's Square is perfect. Super convenient for exploring the city. Beautiful views from the terrace where breakfast is served. Room decor felt authentic, truly capturing Venetian charm. However, I faced issues with the mattress. it was uncomfortably firm, making it hard to sleep well. Breakfast could improve. while the pastries were delightful, hot food often ran out quickly. The staff was generally friendly but occasionally seemed overwhelmed, affecting service speed. Overall, a pleasant stay but with notable areas for improvement.

Dining at the hotel was a feast for the senses, especially the fresh pastries and local delicacies, which were the perfect way to kickstart each day! Plus, the hotel's location couldn’t be beat – nestled right on the Grand Canal, it’s a dream for exploring Venetian gems. Who knew I could have such delightful finds just steps away?

I wasn't too thrilled about the price versus value – we dropped 180€ for a private ride from the station to the hotel, and there was no coffee pot in sight! Having just enjoyed a week in Paris with breakfast and views for similar rates, it felt a bit steep without those extras.
